Publication of results of monitoring survey of access to information laws in five countries (Armenia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Peru and South Africa) 2. Publication in the Justice Initiative database of comparative charts on key elements of FOI laws and of successful court cases which have helped secure the right of access to information in a number of countries. As Chair of the Steering Committee, the Justice Initiative also urges for governments and intergovernmental organizations around the world to support the adoption and implemention of laws and regulations which ensure open, transparent and accountable government and guarantee to all members of the public the right of access to information.
