Description: The International Right to Know Day is approaching soon and Centre for Development and Democratization of Institutions (CDDI) established in Tirana, Albania will organize several activities to celebrate it. Some of the most outstanding are presented below:

Training Session with Journalists in the northern part of Albania

CDDI will organize a training session which will be held in Shkodra on September 27-th. The participants will be journalists from the northern part of Albania, members of Union of Independent Journalists of the North Albania. The training program will concentrate on the use of the Right to Know in investigative journalism.

Celebration of the International Right to Know Day

On September 28-th, 2007, CDDI will celebrate the International Right to Know Day in an event which will be organised at Tirana International Hotel. Invited in this event are representatives from different local and central institutions, representatives from international NGO-s operating in Albania, representatives from foreign embassies, journalists and other CDDI collaborators. In this event, CDDI will also organize the ceremony for the promotion of the book "The Right to Information, Litigation Cases from Bulgaria".
